Why Locusts?

Keeping Them in Good Condition

Store your locusts at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and draughts. Feed them regularly with fresh leafy greens, carrot, squash, or sweet potato — this maintains hydration and keeps their nutritional profile high right up until feeding time. Remove any uneaten food daily to prevent mould and keep the enclosure clean. Well-maintained locusts deliver significantly better nutrition than those that have been left unfed.
