Construction and Materials

Sliding front doors are made from toughened glass certified to BS-EN-12150 kite-marked standards, and a door plug is included for basic security — with a compatible lock available separately if you need something more robust.

Ventilation and Heat Management

Assembly

The vivarium arrives flat-packed and goes together with a single screwdriver. The majority of the structure uses locking screws, so the unit can be taken apart and reassembled if you need to move or reconfigure it. First-time builds typically take around 15 to 20 minutes. Once assembled, running a pet-safe sealant along the internal joints is recommended to extend the lifespan of the enclosure and prevent substrate working into any gaps.
