Why Iron Matters

Iron is an essential component of chlorophyll — the pigment responsible for healthy green colouration in aquatic plants. When iron levels drop, plants suffer from chlorosis: leaves pale, growth slows, and the overall condition of the planting declines. Ferro-Aktiv provides a direct ferric iron source to prevent this.

How to Use

Apply Ferro-Aktiv at least once a week, ideally during water changes. In densely planted aquariums where demand is higher, smaller doses applied more frequently will give better results. The recommended dosage is 10 ml per 100 litres of water.
