Tropical Ecoclar is a natural mineral-based water clarifier designed for freshwater aquariums. It works immediately on contact with water, drawing out the causes of cloudiness, discolouration, and unpleasant odours through a highly structured mineral suspension — no waiting, no guesswork.

How It Works

The active minerals in Ecoclar have a three-dimensional, network-like structure that physically captures suspended particles and impurities. This includes both naturally occurring and chemically introduced sources of cloudiness and discolouration, making it effective across a wide range of water conditions.

What It Removes

Beyond clarifying the water visually, Ecoclar also removes organic and chemical impurities from the water column, including ammonium ions (NH4+). This contributes directly to healthier water chemistry and improved conditions for fish, invertebrates, and aquatic plants.

Safe for the Whole Aquarium

Ecoclar is completely safe for fish, crustaceans, and aquatic plants when used as directed. No water change is required after application, and the product leaves no harmful residues once the clarification process is complete.

Dosage and Application

• Shake vigorously before each use.
• Dose at 20ml (1 capful) per 100 litres of aquarium water.
• Water may appear temporarily cloudy after dosing — this is normal and part of the clarification process.
• Cloudiness typically clears within 24 hours, leaving water crystal clear.
• Do not use alongside other water treatment products. Allow a minimum of 24 hours before applying any additional treatments.
