Taiwan Moss is a versatile aquatic moss well suited to bioactive vivarium builds, planted terrariums, and high-humidity amphibian or reptile enclosures. Supplied in an 80cc cup, it establishes readily and spreads to form a dense, natural-looking carpet across substrate, hardscape, or decor.

Growing Conditions

This moss thrives in constantly wet conditions with humidity levels of 80% or above. It tolerates both bright indirect light and shadier spots, provided moisture levels remain consistently high. It will not tolerate dry conditions or intense, scorching light sources, so placement matters.

How It Grows

Simply position the moss where you want cover to develop and allow it to establish at its own pace. It spreads gradually, creating a carpet effect across the vivarium floor or over hardscape features. If growth extends beyond the intended area, it can be trimmed back to keep it contained and tidy.
