ProRep Repti-Shield Water Conditioner

ProRep Repti-Shield is a liquid water conditioner formulated to make tap water safe for use in reptile, amphibian, and turtle enclosures. Available in two sizes to suit different setups and maintenance routines, it's a straightforward addition to regular vivarium and aquatic upkeep.

Why Tap Water Needs Treating

Untreated tap water contains chlorine and chloramines — chemicals that can irritate sensitive skin, eyes, and mucus membranes in reptiles and amphibians. Repti-Shield neutralises these compounds quickly and helps bring water to a neutral pH, making it safe for direct contact and consumption.

Aloe Vera Support

The formula is enriched with Aloe Vera, which helps support delicate mucus membranes in aquatic and semi-aquatic species. This is particularly relevant for turtles and amphibians, where water quality directly affects skin health and eye condition.

Dosing Guide

Shake well before use. The cap measures 5ml for convenient dosing. Add 1ml per 4 litres of new water, or 1ml per 4 litres of water replaced during partial changes. The liquid formula doses easily and works quickly.
