Satin Pothos (Scindapsus pictus)

The Satin Pothos (Scindapsus pictus) is a tropical climbing vine well suited to humid, warm vivariums and terrariums. This large specimen brings instant, established greenery to bioactive and naturalistic setups, with heart-shaped leaves marked by distinctive silver-grey speckling — a pattern that varies naturally from plant to plant.

Appearance

Each leaf displays a matte, satin-textured finish with irregular silver variegation against deep green. Because variegation is a natural characteristic, no two plants are identical — the one you receive will be unique in its patterning.

Growing Habit

As a vine, Satin Pothos readily attaches to and trails across vivarium décor, cork bark, branches, and moss poles. It can be trained upward to add height and vertical interest to an enclosure, or allowed to spread and fill lower areas of the layout.
