Transit and Packaging

Orders are dispatched in insulated boxes with dry ice packs specifically designed for frozen food transport. The CO2 released by the dry ice also helps keep the box free from pest insects during delivery. During warmer months, additional dry ice packs are included to maintain temperature throughout transit.

Storage

Store in the freezer and only defrost what you intend to feed. Keep packs sealed in the freezer to prevent freezer burn. Do not refreeze once thawed.
