What's in the Kit

• 24V DC misting pump — capable of running up to 20 nozzles simultaneously, with vibration-dampening rubber feet and adapted for 1/4" tubing. Can run dry without damage.
• 3 Value T misting assemblies — check-valved spray tips producing an average droplet size of approximately 50 microns, custom-crafted in black. Nozzles are fully adjustable and can be secured to surfaces up to 5/8" (approximately 1.5cm) thick. Patented design.
• ZipDrip Valve with 1/4" fittings — eliminates post-mist drip entirely when used alongside the check-valved nozzle tips.
• Digital Seconds Timer ST-24 — precise seconds-based scheduling with full instructions included.
• 25 feet of 1/4" black opaque tubing.
• 1/4" manual ball valve for manual override.
• Reservoir bulkhead with O-ring and plug.
• Tubing cutter with collet tool.
• 10 tubing clips with screws.
• "T" connector and "L" connector for splitting or redirecting tubing runs.

The Pump

The 24V DC pump is custom-manufactured exclusively for MistKing and has been extensively field- and factory-tested for reliability. It carries an exceptionally low failure rate and is robust enough to run dry — a meaningful advantage in automated setups where the reservoir may occasionally run low before a keeper notices. A pump power adapter is included.

Drip-Free Misting

The check-valved nozzle tips already significantly reduce the post-mist drip that plagues cheaper systems. The included ZipDrip Valve goes further, cutting residual drip to zero after each misting cycle. For enclosures with sensitive substrates, hides, or electronics nearby, this makes a genuine practical difference.

Modular by Design

The MistKing Ultimate Misting System v5.0 supports between 1 and 20 nozzles from a single pump, meaning it can serve a single vivarium today and expand across a rack or multiple enclosures as a collection grows. Additional nozzles, tubing, and fittings can be added without replacing the core system. Please note: a water reservoir is not included and must be sourced separately.
