Pump Performance

Timing and Control

The kit ships with the ST-24 seconds timer, giving precise control over misting duration and frequency — essential for dialling in the specific humidity requirements of tropical, rainforest, or high-humidity species. If your setup calls for a different timer configuration, alternative timer options are available separately.

Expanding the System

This kit is designed as a scalable backbone rather than a fixed configuration. Out of the box, you just need a suitable reservoir to get started. To run additional nozzles beyond what the included tubing and assemblies cover, extend the 3/8" backbone with extra reducing tee connections, then branch into 1/4" lines feeding individual misting assemblies. A 7-port manifold fed by 3/8" tubing is another option, or combine both approaches depending on your layout. The flexibility here is genuine — hobbyists and zoological collections alike use this kit as the foundation for entire animal rooms.
