Nutritional Profile

Packaging and Transit

Mini mealworms arrive in a ventilated plastic tub with air holes along the sides to maintain airflow and keep the worms secure during transit. During warmer months, the outer carton may include additional perforations to help regulate temperature; in colder months, a heat pack may be included to protect the worms on their journey to you.

Keeping and Gut-Loading

Store your mini mealworms at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and draughts. To maintain their nutritional value between deliveries, continue feeding them fresh leafy greens, carrot, squash, or sweet potato — these provide both hydration and nutrients. Remove uneaten food daily to prevent mould. Well gut-loaded feeders pass significantly more nutritional benefit to your reptile or amphibian.
