Live River Shrimp are a highly nutritious aquatic livefood suitable for a range of aquatic animals including axolotls, turtles, large fish, and aquatic frogs. Supplied in a 100ml pack, they are dispatched directly from the breeder and pre-fed before packing to maximise their nutritional value on arrival.

Packaging and Transit

Live River Shrimp are packed in a sealed plastic bag containing 100ml of water to keep them viable during transit. During warmer months, the outer packaging may include additional ventilation perforations; during colder months, a heat pack may be included to maintain a safe temperature throughout the journey.

Storage and Feeding

Keep the sealed pack refrigerated and away from direct sunlight or draughts. Unopened packs can be stored in the fridge for 5–7 days. Once opened, use immediately.

• Remove any uneaten shrimp from the enclosure daily to prevent water quality issues and decay
