Supplied in a 100ml pack, these are dispatched directly from the breeder and pre-fed prior to packing to maximise their nutritional content on arrival.

Sourcing and Quality

These brine shrimp are farm-bred under controlled, ethical conditions and sent straight from the breeder to ensure minimal time in transit. Pre-feeding before dispatch means they carry genuine nutritional load when they reach your animals — not just bulk.

Packaging and Transit

Each order arrives in a sealed bag containing 100ml of water to keep the shrimp healthy during delivery. Outer packaging is adapted for seasonal conditions: additional ventilation perforations are used in warmer months, while heat packs may be included during colder periods to maintain a safe temperature in transit.

Storage and Feeding

Kept sealed and refrigerated, live brine shrimp will remain viable for 5–7 days. Once the pack is opened, use the contents immediately.

• Strain the shrimp from the water using a fine sieve before feeding
• Remove any uneaten food from the enclosure or tank daily to prevent water quality issues

Keeping Them in Good Condition

Store at chilled temperatures away from direct sunlight and draughts. Proper storage between feeds ensures the shrimp remain active and nutritious right up to the point of feeding.
