Keeping Them in Good Condition

Gut-loading continues at your end — keep the crickets fed right up until they are used to maintain their nutritional value. Offer fresh leafy greens, carrot, squash, or sweet potato for hydration and nutrients, and remove any uneaten food daily to prevent mould. House them at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and draughts, and provide enough space and hiding spots to avoid overcrowding.
