Large dubia cockroaches (Blaptica dubia) are a staple feeder insect for a wide range of reptiles and amphibians. Why Dubia Cockroaches?

Keeping Your Live Food in Top Condition

To get the most from your dubias, continue gut-loading them right up to feeding. Offer fresh leafy greens, carrots, squash, or sweet potato — these provide both hydration and nutrients that pass directly to your reptile. Remove uneaten food daily to prevent mould. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and draughts, and provide adequate space and hiding spots to keep the colony calm and healthy.
