Seasonal adjustments are made to the outer packaging — additional perforations in warmer months and heat packs in colder months — to help maintain suitable conditions during transit.

Keeping Them in Good Condition

Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight and draughts. To maintain nutritional quality until feeding, offer fresh leafy greens, carrots, squash, or sweet potato — these also provide hydration. Remove uneaten food daily to prevent mould and keep the holding container clean. Provide adequate space and hiding spots to reduce stress and avoid overcrowding.
