Fish Science Micro Granules are a slow-sinking, insect-based granule food formulated for tetras, guppies, and other small tropical fish species. Built around the natural diet these fish consume in the wild, this is a considered daily staple rather than a generic flake substitute. Available in two sizes to suit different tank setups and feeding demands.

Insect-Led Formulation

The primary protein source is insect meal, reflecting the invertebrate-rich diet small tropical fish naturally feed on. This approach also reduces reliance on marine fish meal, making the formula a more environmentally responsible choice without compromising nutritional quality.

Protein 46%, Oil 6.5%, Fibre 2%, Moisture 8%, Ash 6.5%. Vitamin additives include Vitamin A 25,000 IU/kg, Vitamin D3 1,500 IU/kg, Vitamin C 450mg/kg, and Vitamin E 100mg/kg.

Insect meal, soya flour, fish meal, cereals, yeast, potato starch, fish hydrolysate, molluscs and crustaceans, vegetables, salmon oil, algae, lecithin, antioxidants, and colourants.

Feeding Guide

Feed once or twice daily, offering only as much as your fish will consume within one minute. Remove any uneaten food promptly to maintain water quality.
