The ET Turtle Haven Terrarium (PT3725) is an all-glass aquatic setup measuring 90x45x37cm, purpose-built for keeping aquatic turtles and other semi-aquatic species. Rather than sourcing a tank, filter, heater, and basking platform separately, this kit integrates all of those components into a single, considered habitat. It suits keepers setting up their first aquatic turtle enclosure as well as those who want a cleaner, more cohesive setup than a piecemeal approach allows.

Tank Design and Access

The open-top construction keeps maintenance straightforward and allows direct access for feeding and handling without having to work around a lid. Crystal-clear glass panels give an unobstructed view across the full width of the habitat. The enlarged water surface gives aquatic turtles genuine swimming room, while the extra width creates real scope for aquascaping and creating a naturalistic environment.

Basking Platform

An extended basking platform spans the rear of the aquarium and sits above the integrated filtration housing, making full use of that space rather than leaving it wasted. A sloped ramp gives turtles effortless, low-effort access to the basking area — important for animals that need to haul out regularly. A removable glass panel can be positioned above the platform as an escape barrier, keeping animals secure without permanently enclosing the top.

Integrated Filtration System

The built-in filtration runs as a 2-stage system with a large filter volume divided across four chambers: an inlet chamber with a grid and coarse foam sponge, two chambers housing medium foam sponges, and a fourth chamber that conceals both the filter pump and the included 150W turtle heater. Dual multi-directional outflow nozzles allow water flow to be adjusted and directed, improving surface movement and water oxygenation throughout the enclosure.

Bottom Drain System

A bottom drainage system is built into the base of the terrarium. Once the tubing, elbow connector, and tap valve are connected, the lower section is fully waterproof and water changes become a controlled, low-effort process — no siphoning required. This alone makes a significant difference to weekly maintenance over the life of the setup.
