Lighting and UV

The T5 UVB300 tube and 24W fixture deliver the high-output ultraviolet exposure bearded dragons need for proper D3 synthesis and long-term bone health. The 100W daylight spot bulb works alongside this to create a defined basking zone with a meaningful thermal gradient across the enclosure.

Heating and Monitoring

The 300W thermostat keeps heating output under control and prevents dangerous temperature spikes. The infrared thermometer lets you check basking spot and cool-end temperatures quickly and accurately, without disturbing the animal. The heat guard reduces burn risk where the basking bulb is within reach.

Substrate and Accessories

Stone Desert substrate in Sonoran Ocher provides an arid, naturalistic floor covering suited to the bearded dragon's native environment. The included water and food bowls are proportioned for practical daily use inside the vivarium.

Enclosure Compatibility

This kit is recommended for use with vivariums measuring 120 x 60 x 60 cm (4 x 2 x 2 ft), such as the Vivexotic Reptihome Maxi Large and AAL equivalents. The enclosure itself is not included. Note: for a full day/night temperature cycle, supplementing with a 100W ceramic heater on a pulse or dimming thermostat is advisable.
