Cloverleaf ABSOLUTE+ Reptile Mite-Gone is a spray treatment designed to tackle mites and parasites on reptiles and within their enclosures. Suitable for both juvenile and adult animals, it works without exposing your reptile to harsh toxins — making it a practical first response for keepers dealing with an active infestation or looking to prevent one.

Treating Your Reptile Directly

Spray liberally over the animal's skin, paying close attention to skin folds, the area between the legs, and around the vent — common spots where mites congregate. When treating around the head, take care to avoid the nostrils, eyes, and mouth. Once treated, return the animal to its vivarium and allow the product to dry naturally.

Treating the Vivarium

Remove the water bowl before treating and keep it out of the enclosure for 24 hours — this prevents the animal from washing off the treatment prematurely. For best results, strip out the substrate and house the reptile on paper towels until the infestation is fully cleared. Spray all internal surfaces and décor, leave for five minutes, then wipe down with a paper towel before reintroducing your animal. As a general precaution, freezing new substrate for 48 hours before use will kill any mites it may already contain.
