Blue River Fruit & Bug is a complete gel premix diet for crested geckos and other fruit-eating reptiles. Freshly made in the UK from natural ingredients, it combines real fruit with insect protein to deliver a nutritionally balanced feed that covers all the bases — no supplementation juggling required.

What's in It

The formula centres on black soldier fly larvae for bulk insect protein, blended with mango and banana for natural fruit content. Honey and bee pollen add natural sweetness, while soya protein and brown rice flour round out the nutritional base. There are no artificial colours or flavourings — what you see is what the gecko gets.

Ingredients

Black soldier fly larvae, mango, banana, soya protein, brown rice flour, guar gum, calcium powder, honey, bee pollen, magnesium carbonate, Lactobacillus helveticus.

Mixing Instructions

Combine 1 part formula with 2 parts water and stir thoroughly — additional water can be added to reach your preferred consistency. Remove any uneaten food from the vivarium after 24 hours. Mixed diet can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 7 days.

Note: Magnesium carbonate can occasionally give the mixed diet a blue tint that resembles mould. This is entirely harmless and disappears when stirred.
