Packaging & Transit

Orders are dispatched in insulated boxes with dry ice packs engineered specifically for frozen food transport. Feeding Guide

• Thaw thoroughly at room temperature before offering to your animal
• Never feed frozen or partially thawed
• Remove any uneaten prey promptly to maintain enclosure hygiene and prevent mould or decay
• Do not refreeze once thawed

Storage

Store in the freezer and defrost only what you need for each feeding. Keep sealed within the freezer to prevent freezer burn and preserve nutritional integrity. Proper storage ensures each prey item is in the best condition when it reaches your animal.
