The Repti-Home Small in grey is a timber-construction vivarium designed for reptiles and invertebrates that need a warm, well-managed enclosure. At 57.5 x 37.5 x 42cm, it is well suited to juvenile colubrids, small geckos, and invertebrates, and its wood-panel construction helps retain heat effectively to support a proper thermal gradient. It arrives flat packed and is built to be assembled — and reassembled — without specialist tools.

Construction and materials

The enclosure is built from wood-effect panels, with timber sourced from recycled or sustainably managed forests. The boards help retain heat across the enclosure, making it straightforward to establish the basking temperatures many common species require. Toughened glass sliding front doors meet BS EN 12150 kite-marked standards, and the grey finish gives a clean, neutral appearance that works well in most setups.

Ventilation and access

Multiple large vents are fitted across the enclosure, and the easy-access vent design allows heating and lighting cables to be routed through without removing the vent plug entirely. This makes installing heat mats, thermostats, and lighting cables considerably more straightforward. The combination of the timber body and large venting allows a keeper to dial in a meaningful temperature gradient from the warm to the cool end.
