Tropical Aquaflorin Potassium is a multi-ingredient potassium fertiliser designed specifically for aquatic plants. Free from nitrogen and phosphorus, it targets potassium levels directly — making it particularly well-suited to densely stocked aquariums where fish waste already contributes excess of those other macronutrients.

What It Does

Potassium is one of the key macronutrients that aquatic plants draw on for healthy growth, and deficiencies are common — especially in newly established tanks. Tropical Aquaflorin Potassium replenishes this element without disrupting the broader nutrient balance of the aquarium. By keeping potassium levels stable, it also helps reduce the conditions that allow algae to take hold.

When To Use It

• During the first few months of a new aquarium setup, when plant demand is highest
• When signs of potassium deficiency appear in plant leaves
• In heavily stocked tanks where nitrogen and phosphorus are already elevated from fish waste
• Alongside other fertilisers where nitrogen and phosphorus supplementation is not required

Dosage

Add 10 ml per 100 litres of aquarium water. The 30 ml bottle is well-suited to smaller planted tanks or for trialling the product before committing to a larger size.
