Tropical Aqua Plant Liquid Fertiliser for Aquatic Plants 30ml

Tropical Aqua Plant is a liquid fertiliser containing nitrogen and phosphorus, formulated specifically for aquariums with low fish populations. In tanks with few fish, organic waste — and therefore the nutrients derived from it — is limited. This can lead to nitrogen and phosphorus deficiencies that visibly stunt plant growth. Tropical Aqua Plant addresses that gap directly, giving aquatic plants what the bioload alone cannot provide.

What It Contains and Why It Matters

The nitrogen and phosphorus formula targets the two macronutrients most likely to be deficient in lightly stocked planted tanks. Without adequate levels of both, even healthy plants will show stunted growth, pale colouration, and poor structural development. Tropical Aqua Plant restores those levels to support consistent, healthy plant development.

How to Use It

Dose at 10 ml per 100 litres of aquarium water. For best results, apply at least once a week, ideally during water changes. Tropical Aqua Plant is designed to be used alongside a ferric (iron) preparation to ensure plants have access to the full spectrum of nutrients required for robust growth.

Compatible Tank Types

Suitable for use in both traditional planted aquariums and submerged-culture paludarium setups, including those running CO2 supplementation. Regular application supports lush, sustained plant growth across all these configurations.

Supplied in a 30 ml bottle — a practical size for smaller tanks or for keepers wanting to trial the product before committing to a larger volume.
