Tropical Aqua Plant is a liquid fertiliser supplying nitrogen and phosphorus directly to aquatic plants. It is specifically formulated for aquariums with low fish populations, where natural nutrient levels are insufficient to support healthy plant growth — deficiencies in nitrogen and phosphorus being a common cause of poor or stalled growth in these setups.

What It Does

By supplementing nitrogen and phosphorus, Tropical Aqua Plant addresses the nutrient gap that low-stocking tanks cannot fill through fish waste alone. It supports healthy plant development across both traditionally planted aquariums and submerged-culture setups, including those running CO2 supplementation.

How to Use It

For best results, use Tropical Aqua Plant alongside a ferric preparation — such as an iron-based fertiliser — applying at minimum once per week during water changes. This combined approach ensures plants receive both the macronutrients this product delivers and the micronutrients that a separate iron supplement provides.

Dosage

• 10 ml per 100 litres of aquarium water
• Apply at least weekly, ideally during routine water changes
• Use in conjunction with a ferric preparation for complete plant nutrition
