Why Silent Crickets?

Packaging and Transit

Each pre-pack arrives in a ventilated plastic tub with egg-box cardboard inside. The cardboard increases available surface area, reducing overcrowding and minimising losses during transit. Small air holes along the tub sides maintain airflow without allowing escapes. During warmer months the outer box may carry additional perforations for ventilation; in colder months a heat pack may be included to protect the insects during delivery.

Keeping Your Crickets in Top Condition

To preserve nutritional quality between deliveries, keep the tub at room temperature away from direct sunlight and draughts. Continue gut-loading right up until feeding — offer leafy greens, carrot, squash, or sweet potato for hydration and nutrients, and remove any uneaten food daily to prevent mould. Well-maintained crickets deliver significantly better nutrition to your reptile than those kept without care.
