Keeping Your Crickets in Good Condition

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and draughts. Continue gut-loading right up until feeding — fresh leafy greens, carrot, squash, or sweet potato all work well, providing both hydration and nutritional value. Remove uneaten food daily to prevent mould. Appropriate housing with egg-box or similar hiding spots will reduce stress and mortality.
