Packaging & Transit

Each pre-pack arrives in a ventilated plastic container with egg-box cardboard included. The small air holes along the sides maintain airflow while keeping the crickets contained, and the egg-box increases usable surface area to reduce overcrowding and trampling. During warmer months the outer box may carry additional perforations for ventilation; in colder months a heat pack may be included to maintain a safe temperature throughout transit.

Keeping Your Crickets in Top Condition

To get the most nutritional value from your crickets, continue gut-loading them right up until feeding. Offer fresh leafy greens, carrot, squash, or sweet potato — these provide both hydration and nutrients. Remove any uneaten food daily to keep the container clean and free from mould. Well-maintained crickets deliver significantly better nutrition to your reptile than crickets left without food or water.

Storage & Care

Keep your medium silent crickets at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and cold draughts. Provide adequate hiding spots within the container to prevent stress and reduce losses. Proper livefood husbandry between delivery and feeding makes a measurable difference to the condition of what your animal actually consumes.
