Repashy Superfoods Crested Gecko is a complete meal replacement powder (MRP) formulated for fruit-eating geckos including crested geckos, day geckos (Phelsuma), and other Rhacodactylus and Gekko species. It also works well as a nutritional supplement for anoles, skinks, chameleons, and iguanids. When used as directed, no additional supplementation is required — this is a standalone diet, not a topper.

What's in it

The ingredient list is extensive and deliberately so. Plant-based proteins come from pea protein isolate and germinated brown rice protein concentrate, supported by stabilised rice bran and flax seed meal. Natural fruit components include dried fig, dried date, and dried honey. Schizochytrium algae provides a direct DHA source, while spirulina, alfalfa leaf meal, and dried kelp contribute micronutrients. Colour and antioxidant support comes from marigold flower extract, rosehips, calendula flower, paprika extract, turmeric, and Phaffia rhodozyma yeast.

Mixing and feeding

Mix one part powder with two parts water by volume as a starting point. The mixture will appear thin initially but thickens within a few minutes — the finished consistency should resemble a thick milkshake. If separation occurs, reduce the water slightly. Offer the mix to your geckos in the evening and remove any uneaten food within 36 hours. Refrigerating the dry powder will extend its shelf life.
