The LR Critter Box Large CB-2 is a two-piece acrylic terrarium designed for housing and displaying small invertebrates such as praying mantids and arboreal spiderlings. Measuring 19 x 11cm, it gives keepers a practical, display-ready solution that works equally well on a shelf or mounted on pegboard.

Ventilation

The CB-2 features fixed ventilation on the top panel alongside adjustable side ventilation, allowing airflow to be dialled in to suit the specific humidity and air circulation needs of the species inside. This makes it suitable for both drier and more humid invertebrate setups.

Feeding Access

A pluggable feeding hatch on the top panel allows live or fresh food items to be introduced without fully opening the enclosure — reducing escape risk and minimising disturbance to the animal. The hatch remains accessible even when the box is positioned within an open-fronted display unit.

Modular Display Design

The CB-2's detachable two-piece construction is designed with display in mind.
