What's in the mix

The ingredient list is straightforward and purposeful: black soldier fly larvae provide bulk protein and healthy fats, while mango and banana bring real fruit sugars and fibre. Honey and bee pollen add natural sweetness that fruit-eaters respond to, and the formula is rounded out with soya protein, brown rice flour, guar gum, calcium powder, and magnesium carbonate. Lactobacillus helveticus is included as a probiotic to support gut flora.

Mixing and feeding

Combine 1 part formula with 2 parts water and stir thoroughly — add more water to adjust consistency to your gecko's preference. Remove any uneaten food from the vivarium after 24 hours. Mixed diet can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge and should be discarded after 7 days.

Note: magnesium carbonate in the formula can occasionally turn blue once mixed, which may resemble mould. This is harmless and disperses fully when stirred.
