THE MATERIALS WE USE

For the main Vivarium construction, we use two types of PVC materials available in
black and white. We started with our standard black and white material and
recently introduced our premium black and white material. Our personal
favourite is the premium white. Both materials are 10mm thick, and through
extensive testing, we have confirmed that this thickness is more than adequate
for our purposes.

Why We Use PVC

PVC is increasingly becoming the preferred material for Vivariums, replacing water-damaged wooden Vivariums due to its superior properties. Unlike wood, PVC does not absorb water, making it waterproof and highly durable. Additionally, PVC is ultra-lightweight, being a foam material that provides insulation, helping reduce heating costs. It is also self-extinguishing, meaning it will not catch fire.

Are your reptiles and livestock ethically sourced?

Yes. Animal welfare is our top priority. All reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates are ethically sourced, health-checked, and carefully acclimatised before being offered or sale.

Do you provide careinformation with livestock purchases?

Absolutely. Every animal comes with a species-specific care sheet and ongoing support from our experienced team.

Can you ship reptiles directly to my home?

Yes , we use specialist vans to deliver your reptile safely.

What materials do you use for your Vivariums?

We use high-quality PVC which is lightweight, waterproof, durable, and built to last.

Do your starter kits include everything I need?

Yes. Our starter kits include the enclosure, heating, lighting, substrate guidance, and essential accessories. Everything you need to get started with confidence.

Can I order a custom Vivarium?

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days for most enclosures and accessories. Custom orders may take longer and are usually 2-4 weeks. We’ll confirm timelines when you order.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. All orders over £79.00* excluding Livestock qualify for free standard delivery across the UK.

How do you ensure animals are transported safely?

All livestock is transported through specialist reptile couriers to ensure the journey is safe, secure, and stress-free.

Can I return livestock?

For animal welfare reasons, we cannot accept livestock returns. However, if you have concerns, please contact us immediately. Our team will support you.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.



Do you provide advice for beginners?

Yes! We love helping new keepers. Our team offers advice on setups, feeding, and care. Plus, our care guides are free to download.

Can I visit your showroom?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to visit us, view enclosures, meet livestock, and chat with our experts in person.
